Isatis Capital announces the sale of its stake in Senef

It took just a clear vision, driven by two bold founders, to establish a leading player in its market within a few years. Since its creation, Senef has become a key provider of SaaS software solutions for labor-intensive service companies, particularly in cleaning, security, and personal services.

Founded by Momar Mbaye and Tariq Hamadouch, the company was built on a strong conviction: to use technology to support complex operational environments by offering tools that are efficient, intuitive, and tailored to real-world needs. Early on, Senef adopted the then-emerging SaaS model and developed a comprehensive suite enabling clients to manage all critical functions, including team management, scheduling, payroll, compliance, and billing.

Over the years, the company has expanded its scope and enriched its offerings while maintaining controlled growth. Today, its solutions support over 2,000 clients, from small businesses to large groups, in sectors with complex organizational and regulatory challenges.

Having entered the capital in 2023, Isatis Capital supported Senef through a pivotal phase of its development. The company reached new milestones with significant team expansion, strong revenue growth, and enhanced organizational structuring. This momentum helped consolidate its market position and prepare for the next stages of expansion.

The sale of Isatis Capital’s stake in March 2026 marks a new chapter in Senef’s history with Oakley Capital.
