Sources Group enters a new era of growth with the support of Isatis Capital

Sources Group, a leading player in the design and construction of water treatment plants, announces the completion of a new equity transaction with ISALT as lead investor.

The company will continue to be supported by its historical financial backers, including Isatis Capital, who are reaffirming their confidence in the group’s strategy and growth prospects.

A long-standing partnership with Sources Group

Sources is an independent group that has been designing and building turnkey water treatment plants (drinking water production and wastewater treatment facilities) for over twenty-five years.

With deep technical expertise and innovative technologies, Sources delivers tailor-made solutions tailored to the specific needs of municipalities, water authorities, and industrial clients. The group has built more than 500 water treatment plants and continues to grow steadily, positioning itself as one of the national leaders in its field. Isatis Capital has been supporting the company and its founder, Patrick Billette, since 2011.

At a time when water management is becoming a strategic issue for local communities, Sources has experienced significant growth. The group now employs nearly 200 people across 14 autonomous sites, including a presence in Switzerland, ensuring close proximity to its clients and optimal responsiveness in the field.

Thanks to the support provided for nearly 15 years, the group has been able to strengthen its position by acquiring stakes in other companies, such as Feljas & Masson, a specialist in the design and construction of hydraulic systems, and Ar-Val, an expert in the design and construction of units dedicated to sorting, recycling, and energy recovery from waste.

A new and promising stage of growth

On June 26, 2025, Sources Group, driven by its ambition to further strengthen its position in the sector, is launching a new fundraising round. Isatis Capital, a long-standing partner, is supporting the company in its third investment operation since its founding in 2000.

The primary objectives of this new phase are to support Sources in expanding its regional footprint by opening new branches to reinforce existing hubs, to strengthen its expertise in fast-growing sectors such as industrial water treatment and waste management, and to continue its active external growth strategy by integrating specialized players and creating meaningful synergies.
